Support planning, design, coordination, construction, commissioning, and turnover of MEP systems across development projects. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business in an assigned territory through outbound prospecting, executive-level consultative selling, and territory planning. Manage multiple opportunities, build C-level relationships, craft business use cases and proposals, and coordinate with management, operations, and customer success to meet sales goals and quotas.

Lead technical delivery for enterprise clients, develop engineering teams, shape AI strategy, and make key architecture decisions.

Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges using provided scripts and call structures. Meet efficiency and adherence metrics, maintain a quiet home workspace with required equipment, accept coaching, pass background check, and comply with identity/voice/appearance integrity policies. Calls are monitored and recorded; perform related data entry and other duties as assigned.

Manage and drive direct sales into major enterprise accounts for Fortinet products. Build executive relationships, create strategic account plans, manage RFI/RFP responses, negotiate contracts, and close large enterprise deals while meeting quarterly sales targets.
