Senior finance leader responsible for divisional budgeting, forecasting, cash management, contract and profitability analysis, financial reporting, and advising division leadership. Leads and develops finance teams, enforces GAAP-compliant accounting practices, supports strategic planning, acquisitions, system conversions, and firm-wide initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

Sell electrical products, services and solutions—with emphasis on Arc Flash and Infrared services—develop account plans, coordinate cross-division sales activities, apply Salesforce and sales tools, monitor competitors, and lead execution of commercial and marketing strategies.

Sell BELFOR services to current and prospective clients, attend and support marketing events and trade shows, follow up leads, develop presentations, report event results, network with industry groups, resolve client concerns, collaborate with operations, meet sales targets, and complete required safety training. Requires local travel and occasional overnight trips.

Provide first-line telephone and remote technical support for hardware, systems, and software.
