Support ERP integrations and data migrations, perform deep data discovery and predictive analytics, and present actionable insights to senior leaders to enable strategic decision-making.

Build and own adaptive phishing simulations and real-time behavioral ingestion systems using LLMs. Design interfaces for security teams, ship full‑stack, scalable code, work with early customers, and make foundational architectural decisions.

Serve as first point of contact for clients, troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues, own tickets from intake to resolution, escalate when needed, communicate status clearly, and maintain product knowledge to proactively prevent and resolve problems.

Supports the regional sales team by qualifying inbound leads, managing software renewals, maintaining Salesforce pipeline and account data, preparing quotes, supporting order fulfillment, and identifying upsell opportunities.
