Build and maintain client relationships, evaluate leads and RFPs, negotiate rates, conduct site visits, and close business. Manage and train on-property sales team, collaborate with marketing and revenue management, track sales activity in systems, and report progress to regional leadership. Ensure booked business aligns with property goals and participate in weekly sales meetings and local outreach.

Support customer operations and aftermarket services across subsidiaries by managing service/repair requests, spare parts fulfillment, and order processing.
