The Sales Associate represents the Coach brand, drives sales through personalized service, manages daily store operations, and develops client relationships.

Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and ancillary events. Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, booth experience, speaker submissions, and onsite operations. Align events with sales and marketing priorities, capture and route leads, measure event KPIs and ROI, and travel regularly for onsite execution.

Establish engineering standards, deliver strategic projects, mentor engineers, influence cross-functional technical decisions, optimize data services, and shape the platform roadmap.

Design and develop firmware for MCUs/SoCs, implement control algorithms for power electronics and MPPT, collaborate with hardware and cross-functional teams, perform board bring-up, debugging and verification using lab tools, document designs, use Git/CI/CD and AI-assisted coding tools, and deliver reliable consumer power products.

Leads adoption of automation, AI, and legal technology to improve legal operations and supports scalable processes for a fully remote technology company.

Serves as the primary field representative for OnStar, connected services, loyalty programs, and subscription offerings across assigned dealerships. Builds dealer relationships, coaches sales and service teams, delivers training, analyzes performance data, develops action plans, supports product launches, troubleshoots technology platforms, and improves customer onboarding and loyalty. Requires up to 90% travel within the assigned territory and frequent dealership visits.
