Owns client and market-level marketing activation for Specialty & Wellness partners. Develops and executes B2B and B2B2C campaigns across digital, CRM, email, social, direct mail, and in-location channels. Leads client marketing plans, lifecycle communications, content development, partner enablement, and performance optimization. The role owns team performance and operational consistency while supporting retention, expansion, and renewal-based revenue motions.

Own and enhance an Automated Insights prototype across its lifecycle, including roadmap prioritization, hands-on front-end development, API and connector integrations, data visualizations, Python analytics integration, code refactoring, and production transition support. Partner with cross-functional teams, incorporate customer feedback, support demonstrations, and maintain application reliability, scalability, version control, and CI/CD practices.

Designs and scales GitLab CI/CD infrastructure, developer tooling, automated validation pipelines, deployment workflows, observability, and AI-enabled engineering tools. The role optimizes builds, runners, caching, artifacts, release automation, environment management, rollback processes, and developer feedback loops. It also develops reliability and security validation frameworks, diagnoses complex application and infrastructure failures, mentors engineers, provides technical guidance, and leads cross-functional initiatives that improve engineering velocity and operational excellence.

Develop and maintain scalable enterprise systems, including loan origination, servicing, and customer-facing applications. Design APIs, middleware, integrations, and secure backend services; participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, automation, CI, legacy modernization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Collaborate across teams in an Agile and DevOps environment while mentoring peers and promoting modern development practices.

Tracks workplace incidents and insurance claims from reporting through closure. Reviews investigation documentation, submits workers’ compensation claims, maintains safety and injury records, prepares status reports, coordinates claim reviews and safety meetings, and communicates with claims, safety, management, insurers, and third-party administrators. Supports return-to-work activities, employee safety orientations, equipment certification tracking, department scheduling, and project paperwork quality.
