Lead and coach a Strategic Initiatives team while directly managing complex, cross-functional, executive-sponsored projects. Prepare, audit, reconcile, and file multi-state quarterly and annual payroll tax returns; reconcile filings to GL and W-2 totals; manage payments and tax account registrations; respond to and resolve tax notices; maintain tax binders, tracking, and Master Tax/Media Pay data; train team members and support department workflow and special projects.

Manage accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll review, month- and year-end close, budget and forecasting support, contract billing and compliance for federal government contracts, assist audits and M&A financial due diligence, and recommend process improvements.
