Manage day-to-day operations and employee experience for the San Diego office: office readiness, supplies, vendor/contractor coordination, mail and equipment logistics, onboarding/offboarding support, and planning workplace events and employee moments. Audit listings, correct errors, analyze catalog performance, track competitor and category trends, and support taxonomy and attribute structures while collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams.

Lead a team of automation engineers, oversee automation strategy and integration into CI/CD for delivering quality software.

Lead Americas partner ecosystem for Hexnode UEM: recruit, enable, and co-sell with VARs, MSPs, NSPs and distributors; build joint business plans; mentor channel managers; drive pipeline, co-marketing, forecasting, and close enterprise deals (1,000–10,000+ seats).

Serve as a senior People Business Partner for a regional portfolio of hospitals: coach leaders, manage complex employee relations, drive talent and performance processes, analyze people data to identify risks, support change adoption, and spend significant time in the field to build trust and improve retention and engagement.

Drive new business and grow existing accounts within a defined region. Maintain customer relationships, respond to inquiries, liaise with operations, report on activity, attend industry events, and maintain thorough product and competitive knowledge to meet sales goals.

Own and operate the data plane: develop Envoy/WASM filters for deep packet inspection, deploy and manage EKS workloads with Helm/GitOps and CI/CD, integrate Redis sidecars, provide observability (Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry), ensure reliable audit log streaming, and author ADRs as the data plane evolves.
