Promote a product to specialty healthcare providers by phone, achieve sales forecasts, drive product adoption, and provide accurate product information while navigating CRM. Support North America Sales by resolving escalations, diagnosing root causes, building Salesforce and Tableau dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analyses, collaborating cross-functionally, managing order creation for samples/marketing, resolving data discrepancies, and building sales targets, compensation, and commission mechanisms.

Define priorities, ship iterative product increments, use analytics and market research to inform decisions, collaborate with design/engineering/GT M, and leverage AI-powered workflows. Communicate tradeoffs and success metrics; travel ~25% for team and customer collaboration.

Serve as Scrum Master and Agile coach for Salesforce, Digital Customer Experience, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
