Senior HR leader reporting to the CHRO, overseeing recruiting, training, employee and labor relations, engagement, workforce planning, compliance, compensation oversight, HRIS use, and advising executive leadership across multiple real-estate and hospitality affiliates.

Leads complex, system-wide healthcare programs from strategic planning through implementation, measurement, and sustainability. Manages stakeholders, vendors, budgets, timelines, reporting, communications, training, and process improvement initiatives. Senior HR leader who partners with the CHRO to oversee full employee lifecycle, lead HR generalists, drive workforce planning, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, compensation administration, engagement and retention across multiple business affiliates. Acts as strategic advisor to senior leadership and manages HR policies, investigations, and special projects.

Design, develop, and maintain multimedia training curricula and performance support for restaurant team members and managers. Create eLearning, video, storyboards, scripts, and trainer materials; manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams, evaluate learning effectiveness, and support launch, translation, and distribution of training assets.

Lead complex compensation analyses, administer and improve pay programs, manage survey participation, model pay structures for budgeting and pay equity, support annual pay cycle, partner with HR stakeholders, drive compliance, mentor junior staff, and contribute to compensation-related system enhancements.

Maintain accurate financial records and produce timely reports for CentraCare Health entities. Apply intermediate US GAAP knowledge, collaborate with accounting staff, and support month-end close processes. Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Manage and verify student clinical placement compliance (police checks, Working with Children, immunisations); provide timely advice via OneCRM, email, phone and in-person; support fit testing grant administration; contribute to continuous improvement of work integrated learning processes, workshops and resources; uphold service standards and risk management reporting across the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences.

Provide flexible, as-needed HR support for a high-volume BPO/call center: onboarding/offboarding, HRIS/UltiPro updates, ticket/email responses, LOA tracking, file audits, templates, cross-functional coordination, and special projects during peak periods.
