Lead end-to-end insurance product launches, translating strategy into specifications and coordinating engineering, data, underwriting, and pricing priorities. Build scalable systems for expert rules, terminology, feedback, change control, testing, and shared infrastructure. Build and lead WEKA’s competitive and market intelligence capability for the AI infrastructure market. Research competitors, pricing, packaging, market trends, customer needs, and ecosystem dynamics; translate findings into positioning, battlecards, deal strategies, product insights, executive briefings, and field enablement. Establish intelligence systems, workflows, feedback loops, and measurement programs while partnering with Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and executive leadership. Use AI and automation to improve research and intelligence distribution.

Drive technical sales cycles from discovery through close by partnering with sales executives, gathering customer requirements, leading proof-of-value integrations, and presenting product demonstrations. Translate customer pain points into Fingerprint solutions, respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, support conferences, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with sales and marketing. The role requires strong JavaScript and SQL skills, excellent presentation abilities, and proficiency with remote-work tools.

Coordinates organizational operations, systems training, office administration, compliance calendars, hardware inventory, board and executive support, contract and grant tracking, invoicing documentation, and cross-departmental special projects.
