Architects and implements RTL for next-generation HBM SoC logic dies, including memory subsystems, IP integration, interfaces, clocking, reset, power, and configuration infrastructure. Analyzes AI/ML hardware bottlenecks, drives architectural improvements, and supports pre-silicon validation, post-silicon bring-up, and silicon debug.
