Improve performance and scalability of web applications by identifying and resolving front-end and back-end bottlenecks. Optimize load times, API responses, and database queries; develop scalable features across the stack, monitor performance, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.

Process bi-monthly payroll using ADP, calculate wages/overtime/benefits, handle garnishments and prevailing wage rules, reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, maintain payroll records, support audits, and coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure multi-state regulatory compliance.

Develop and manage accounts across a defined territory, present product solutions to decision makers, qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, close sales, and travel frequently for demos and installations.

Support California sales growth for POLITICO Pro and Media Solutions by researching prospects, initiating outreach, scheduling high-quality meetings, preparing sales materials, documenting analytics, assisting account management and renewals, and providing market intelligence to drive revenue and product feedback.

Develop and refine detailed designs, technical drawings, and 3D models for aerospace and defense projects using advanced CAD and CAE tools. Lead design efforts, ensure standards and regulatory compliance, resolve design issues, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare documentation, mentor junior designers, and support design reviews and process improvements.

Deliver software testing, test automation, and performance testing solutions using Tricentis tools (Tosca, NeoLoad, qTest). Must hold Tricentis tool certifications for customer delivery; employer may fund Tricentis Academy training/certification for qualified candidates.
