Lead full-lifecycle Oracle PPM implementations by configuring Project Financials, Resource, Portfolio, and Financial modules. Translate client requirements into system configuration, develop reports and dashboards, perform business analysis, provide training and end-user support, and ensure successful deployments and operational efficiency.

Perform actuarial analyses and reporting to support management decisions: calculate profitability, prepare monthly IBNR reserves, evaluate reimbursement processes and assumptions, run ad-hoc studies to improve efficiency, MLR, and operating results, and contribute on cross-functional initiatives.

Support full recruiting lifecycle: conduct high-volume intake calls, screen candidates, record and manage candidate data in ATS/CRM, coordinate interviews, hand off to recruiters, track metrics, and improve recruiting operations while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
