Manage a book of laundromat accounts, drive product adoption and revenue through upsells and feature implementation, conduct lifecycle check-ins, support onboarding handoffs, funnel client feedback to product, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers transact via the Cents POS platform.

Provide hands-on support for the Mphasis Javelina platform and legacy systems, troubleshoot production and data issues, modernize AS400/finance applications using C#/.NET, automate and maintain reporting and SQL processes, manage accumulator and claims data loads, and develop operational documentation and runbooks to improve reliability and reduce manual work.

Work globally to support existing business development teams and grow a personal book of business in legal, life sciences, or localization verticals. Manage key accounts, drive CSAT, prospect new clients, prepare proposals and presentations, respond to RFPs, maintain Salesforce data, and collaborate with a global sales and marketing team to close deals.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for large, complex accounts: prospecting, managing multi-stakeholder deals, running technical proofs-of-concept with engineering, refining enterprise sales plays, and feeding customer insights to product and leadership to drive repeatable revenue.

Provide in-house legal support for commercial operations: draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, vendor, reseller), DPAs/NDAs/BAAs, and info-security terms; advise on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters; develop templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; support corporate governance, employment, and vendor matters while partnering with business stakeholders.
