Manage administrative tasks for campaign management, review and proof creative materials, liaise between departments and clients, ensure campaigns meet specifications and approvals, resolve campaign issues, communicate status to sales, educate teams on workflows, and perform daily data entry.

Provide site-level administrative, operational, and compliance support: manage rosters and payroll inputs, coordinate hiring and onboarding, prepare compliance and operational reports, maintain records, and support Site Managers to ensure data accuracy and governance.

Lead paid search and integrated media strategy for healthcare, financial services, and insurance clients. Own end-to-end paid search, run social and programmatic campaigns, optimize performance, develop measurement and forecasting, manage budgets and vendor negotiations, drive CRO/testing, present to senior clients, and contribute to new business and thought leadership.
