As a Technical Recruiter at Flex, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for various technical roles and enhancing recruiting processes.

Serve as market-facing advisor, drive client retention and growth, oversee advanced modeling (funding, stop-loss, forecasting), lead analytics team, scale delivery, and partner with national centers of excellence to align tools and execution.

Lead development, validation, and optimization of Medicare Advantage revenue and risk-adjustment projection models.
