This role oversees AI agent and multi-agent workflow development, governance, security, monitoring, productization, enterprise client engagement, and cross-functional execution. The leader will build and mentor the AI product organization, translate business challenges into scalable solutions, and partner with strategy, engineering, sales, and client services to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies and multichannel campaigns across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Execute CRM journeys in Braze, manage segmentation and triggered communications, oversee email campaigns, and develop loyalty initiatives. Analyze customer and campaign data, lead testing roadmaps, optimize conversions and retention, and communicate insights to stakeholders while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Data teams.

Partner with Sales, Credit Risk, Legal, Product, and Capital Markets to model and price credit deals, build life-of-loan portfolio and vintage models, stress-test revenue-share and capital scenarios, support sponsor bank and capital provider pitches, lead deal reviews, and develop AI-enabled tools and dashboards to scale credit deal modeling and decisioning.

Manages the talent acquisition technology stack, including ATS and CRM systems; maintains data integrity and governance; optimizes recruiting processes; manages vendors; leads technology implementations and change management; develops recruiting dashboards and reports; analyzes funnel metrics; and provides strategic recommendations and forecasting insights to improve hiring speed, quality, cost, and candidate experience.
