We are looking for a NetSuite Consultant with experience in EDI to provide IT consulting and engineering solutions.

Provide tax counsel on REIT taxation including initial REIT qualification, SEC registrations, and ongoing operational issues. Advise on transactions involving qualified REIT subsidiaries, UPREIT structures, and Taxable REIT Subsidiaries. Produce high-quality written work and collaborate with stakeholders, applying strong analytical and communication skills.

Prepare and review individual and small-business tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040); compute taxes, consult tax law for atypical returns, and represent clients before the IRS and state tax agencies to resolve notices and non-compliance.

Provides non-phone customer and operational support through email, direct mail, faxes, and internal tickets. Resolves account issues, disputes, and chargebacks; posts payments accurately; conducts call quality assurance; follows regulated processes and compliance timelines; and identifies process improvements while managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Coordinate industry conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and VALD-owned events across North America. Responsibilities include managing registrations, venues, suppliers, travel, logistics, budgets, timelines, attendee communications, marketing collateral, and on-site execution. The role also supports regional campaigns, content, social media, partner marketing, stakeholder coordination, and post-event analysis while collaborating with global marketing and commercial teams.

Advises prospective and current students on Title IV financial aid, FAFSA completion, loan counseling, eligibility, verification, and payment plans. Reviews and resolves conflicting documentation, prepares financial aid estimates and student packages, uploads records into CampusVue, tracks activities, maintains compliance and accuracy, and coordinates with admissions and campus leadership regarding outstanding requirements.

Provide welcoming, on-floor customer service to drive sales and deliver brand-aligned experiences. Assist with store operations, product tasks, and share customer feedback. Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Create, publish, and manage daily social content for two brands: capture photo/video on-site, edit short-form videos, design graphics, maintain brand voice, engage with audience, track analytics, and collaborate with staff to promote events and promotions.

Lead customer-facing projects integrating Cognex solutions: plan and align resources, develop schedules, manage scope and documentation, communicate status, identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality, delivery, and profitability, and support pre- and post-sales activities.

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using J2EE and REST services. Work with CMS frameworks (AEM/Sling/OSGi), front-end technologies, CI/CD tools, version control, and Agile methodologies. Engage in design sessions, integrate with external systems (Salesforce a plus), and support insurance-domain projects.
