Leads the operating company’s financial strategy, FP&A, forecasting, operating plans, capital allocation, cost management, performance reporting, business cases, regulatory financial support, and major financial transactions. Manage full-cycle recruiting for service technicians, project-based roles, and corporate positions. Communicate with candidates, coordinate screening, interviews, paperwork, and onboarding, source applicants through job boards, referrals, social media, and industry channels, and maintain accurate ATS records. Support recruiting events and job fairs, including occasional after-hours events, while assisting the talent acquisition team and hiring managers with administrative tasks.

Drives adoption of AI-assisted development, intelligent automation, AI agents, copilots, observability, anomaly detection, and workflow solutions. Establishes engineering, quality, security, scalability, governance, and responsible AI practices while partnering with engineers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume janitorial staffing, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, selection, screening, hiring, and onboarding. Recruiters will advertise jobs, build talent pipelines through job boards and events, coordinate hiring activities, collaborate with managers, support new locations, maintain ATS workflows, and ensure compliance with employment policies and laws while meeting aggressive hiring goals.

Supports civil and environmental permitting and design projects across energy, industrial, and transportation sectors. Develops land development, soil and erosion control, stormwater, and hydrologic/hydraulic designs; reviews regulations, technical documentation, maps, and site data; manages multiple assignments; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and clients; performs field work and travel as needed; and mentors junior engineers.
