Provide expert engineering and Tier-3 operational support for Palo Alto firewalls and load balancers across DISA CESO; assess and remediate misconfigurations and vulnerabilities, optimize policies, perform recurring security/configuration assessments, monitor device health and traffic, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to ensure DoD STIG, DISA, and JSIG compliance.

Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations across seven dealerships, ensuring accurate payroll for hourly, salaried, commissioned, and union employees. Supervise payroll staff, maintain payroll systems and controls, handle tax reporting, reconciliations, garnishments, and year-end processing. Develop and administer compensation and commission pay plans, partner with leadership, HR, and accounting, and identify process improvements and compliance best practices.
