Lead and execute all fundraising, development, and brand-building strategy. Personally manage major donors, cultivate board and community partnerships, direct development and marketing plans, mentor teams, set multi-million-dollar revenue and expense frameworks, and ensure fiscal accountability to scale organizational impact.

Manage product development from concept through production by coordinating engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. Create schedules, track budgets and NRE/tooling costs, run meetings, manage BOMs and ECNs, present monthly reviews, and keep projects on-time using project management tools and phase-gate processes.

Designs, develops, and maintains plant-floor operations systems (SCADA/HMI/MES/Historian), databases, dashboards and PLC integrations. Provides 24/7 support, troubleshooting, project management, documentation, and training while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and IT to improve safety, efficiency, and production performance.

Supervise and support administrative staff and assigned administrator(s); manage calendars, travel, communications, records, reports, and special projects; lead presentations and coordinate timelines; handle budget monitoring, professional development, and stakeholder relations while maintaining confidentiality, high customer service, and continuous process improvement.

Develop and maintain complex LabVIEW applications and hardware-in-the-loop tests, support embedded software verification and DO-178C certification efforts, and assist in test equipment design and maintenance while working both independently and on a team.

Serve as primary customer contact for assigned accounts across the Service Delivery lifecycle. Coordinate resources, manage schedules, document requirements in QuickBase, track risks/issues/milestones, handle change orders, support invoicing and closeout, and lead cross-functional alignment across Operations, Logistics, Order Management, TPMs, Sales, and Finance to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

Support business decisions by gathering, organizing, and interpreting data; build data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions; modernize workflows using statistical analysis, cloud platforms, and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Lead all fundraising, major gifts, planned giving, grants, events, and marketing/communications. Manage development team, donor portfolios, Bloomerang-driven campaigns, budgets, and stewardship to meet revenue goals in partnership with the CEO.
