Manage contractual deal data, rights, royalties, financial statements, and deal templates in Crunchyroll systems. Review legal agreements, analyze deal-level costs, build dashboards, reconcile data, support royalty reporting, and coordinate contract execution and compliance. The role also maintains stakeholder and asset data, tests system templates, supports users, tracks products, and drives process improvements across global deal-management workflows.

Lead reliability, scalability, observability, automation, infrastructure, disaster recovery, and security initiatives for Crunchyroll’s cloud-native data platforms. Establish SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management, and postmortems. Prepare VAT/GST filings, reconciliations, journal entries, registrations, and tax provisions; monitor legislation and e-invoicing requirements; support Brazil’s VAT reform; advise on products, licensing, partnerships, and expansion; coordinate advisors and collaborate with global tax, accounting, legal, product, engineering, and business teams.

Develop and optimize Crunchyroll Android applications across mobile, Android TV, Fire TV, and automotive platforms. Own feature development, improve performance and reliability, address technical debt, maintain code quality, participate in code reviews and technical planning, and support on-call operations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Program Management, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable streaming experiences for millions of users.

Owns Crunchyroll’s Marketing strategic sourcing strategy across agencies, paid media, creative production, events, influencer, PR, and regional marketing. Leads complex RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, governance, preferred-supplier planning, rate cards, SOW standards, performance reviews, and commercial playbooks. Partners with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to reduce supplier fragmentation, improve purchasing discipline, manage risk, and increase commercial value without slowing campaign execution.

Owns technology sourcing strategy across cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, developer tools, security, hardware, software, and technology services. Leads sourcing events, supplier selection, negotiations, contract reviews, renewal planning, supplier governance, spend analysis, and cost optimization. Partners with Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Accounts Payable to improve purchasing controls, contract coverage, supplier performance, and service continuity.

Lead design and productionalize ML algorithms and pipelines to detect account-sharing fraud in real time. Build scalable preprocessing, training, deployment, monitoring, and A/B testing solutions with cross-functional teams to optimize detection while minimizing user disruption.

Build and maintain high-performance connected-device (Roku) frontend applications. Contribute to shared client architecture, reusable frameworks, and tooling. Optimize startup, memory, responsiveness, and playback. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineers; participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring to improve code quality and cross-platform consistency.
