Partner with Federal sales teams on strategic opportunities and shape the Federal partner program. Travel up to 25%, primarily in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region.

Own outcomes for complex enterprise accounts by driving AI product adoption, workflow transformation, ROI, retention, and expansion. Lead executive relationships, business reviews, change management, governance, and risk remediation. Create adoption playbooks, mentor CSMs, and influence cross-functional product and enablement decisions. Requires customer success, consulting, or account management experience in legal technology, eDiscovery, litigation support, or regulated workflows.

Partners with sales teams, customers, specialists, and channel partners to design and present cyber resilience, disaster recovery, storage, and cloud solutions. Leads technical evaluations, benchmarks, configurations, proofs of concept, RFP responses, architecture presentations, and interoperability testing. Translates customer requirements into business outcomes, supports opportunity progression and deal closure, develops competitive positioning, and contributes to technical marketing and alliance initiatives.

Conduct red team and adversary emulation operations across cloud, corporate, production, applications, infrastructure, and AI systems. Perform advanced web, API, cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, identity, and secrets security testing; identify attack paths and realistic business impact; collaborate with security and engineering teams on remediation; conduct purple team exercises; and build automation, tooling, and continuous security checks.
