Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic US-based multinational clients across BCS and EOR services. Act as primary account owner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive retention, renewals, upsells, and margin optimization, lead QBRs, own commercial performance, escalate complex issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compliant global workforce solutions and support business development.

Build automated lifecycle campaigns and AI-driven personalization, coordinate education and digital events, partner cross-functionally on content and product launches, monitor engagement and health signals, and optimize for adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.

Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers for enterprise clients. Drive adoption, onboarding, retention, and process scalability. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and RevOps to improve outcomes, implement repeatable approaches, and advocate for customers while building scalable operations and developing team capabilities.

Manage a portfolio of clients as a strategic partner: build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams (Accounting, HR, Payroll, Tax), monitor client health, lead renewals, drive retention and service improvements, and run executive business reviews.

Serve as a technical customer advocate to drive adoption of the Collate platform. Advise on architecture, governance, lineage, observability, and security; troubleshoot environments; run workshops; produce enablement materials; present business reviews to drive retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes.

Lead lifecycle for enterprise and OEM/channel customers—onboard, deploy, drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Act as technical advisor on data, storage, and multi-cloud architecture, deliver QBRs and success plans, enable partners, resolve escalations, and provide product feedback while partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering to maximize customer value.

Lead and scale a global renewals team to own end-to-end renewal processes, forecasting, risk identification, contract execution, and on-time close. Drive forecast accuracy, cohort renewal and on-time renewal KPIs, improve CRM/CLM tooling and playbooks, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance to reduce cycle time and improve retention.

Manage existing customer relationships to drive adoption, retention, renewals, upsells, and referrals. Own revenue targets, run QBRs, resolve escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and use customer data to improve engagement and reduce churn. Partner cross-functionally and support sales as a solutions expert.
