Lead a team of 3-5 Support Solutions Analysts to drive continuous improvement and implement major client pilots. Split between strategic project execution and people management. Design scalable processes, run root-cause analysis, build workflows for provider integrations, analyze metrics, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and present recommendations to leadership.

Lead day-to-day patient, order, and document loading across suppliers and transitions. Establish SOPs and quality standards, manage backlog and SLAs, build dashboards, drive root-cause fixes and automation, and hire/coach a team of data specialists to scale loading accuracy and throughput.

Manage HR and financial operations across the employee lifecycle, including hiring/onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, performance cycles, vendor and invoice management, budget tracking and forecasting, contractor onboarding, IT/cybersecurity support, and coordination of in-person meeting logistics. Maintain systems, documentation, and reporting to support leadership decision-making and strengthen team culture and operational processes.

Prepare, file, and follow up on FHA mortgage insurance claims (Conveyance, CWCOT, Pre-Foreclosure Sale) ensuring documentation, quality review corrections, and agency payment. Maintain system records, adhere to agency/investor guidelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Provide application support for MIP Accounting to clerks, accountants, CFOs and HR/payroll staff via ticketing, phone, web and chat. Troubleshoot errors, replicate issues, provide how-to guidance, create knowledge base content, and escalate or collaborate on resolutions.

Prepare, file, and follow up on FHA mortgage insurance claims (Part A/B, CWCOT, Pre-Foreclosure Sale) accurately and on time. Maintain claim files and system documentation, submit claims for quality review, finalize submissions, and pursue agency payments. Apply knowledge of default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and investor/agency guidelines while meeting deadlines and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage workers' compensation claims end-to-end, conduct reserve analyses and claim reviews, identify high-risk exposures, facilitate return-to-work programs, provide stakeholder consultations, analyze claims data, and lead special projects to optimize claims processes and reduce total cost of risk.

Provide supervised administrative support to the Maintenance Technical Control Department, including data entry, record keeping, file organization, document archiving, employee support, and other department-related tasks as needed.

Provide technical customer support for Cellebrite SaaS solutions via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot browser-based application issues on Windows workstations, manage cases in CRM, meet SLAs/KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain high CSAT through clear communication and timely resolution.

Administer and configure JIRA workflows, projects, and permissions; integrate JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, and DevOps tools; support Agile teams, customize dashboards and SLAs, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with development and operations to improve processes.
