Co-lead enterprise renewals with CSMs and drive metrics like gross revenue retention, uplift, on-time renewals, and reduced CSM admin time.

Build and maintain the Microsoft Word add-in that connects GC AI's models to Word, focusing on latency, reliability, real-time document manipulation (tracked changes, comments), editor UX, and shipping enterprise features like clause libraries, playbook reviews, and contextual drafting.

Lead Tovala’s brand strategy, product marketing, content, social, and consumer insights. Steward brand positioning and messaging, drive creative execution and agency relationships, own editorial and owned-channel voice, and manage and develop the brand team.
