Lead and build BROADMIND's operations: create scalable processes, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, oversee day-to-day operations, analyze data to guide decisions, negotiate contracts, identify growth and partnership opportunities, and shape company culture while working closely with the CEO and executive team in a hands-on, zero-to-one environment.

Provide empathetic, real-time technical support via calls, chat, and email; troubleshoot platform issues, maintain help resources, escalate bugs and enhancement requests to Product, and partner with Customer Success to maximize user outcomes.

Provide administrative and operational support including Zoom meeting management, calendar and email handling, Google Sheets work, live Zoom session tech support, research, note collation, and project organization. Act as a proactive gatekeeper and collaborator to protect the employer's time and keep workflows running smoothly.

Provide advanced remote technical support and act as escalation point for engineers. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365/Teams/Exchange, Entra ID, networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls), endpoints, backups, and enterprise applications. Maintain ticket documentation, coordinate vendor escalations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to knowledge base and process improvements while meeting service metrics.

Review and validate production builds for change requests across Fiserv and related platforms, control configuration change management workflows, perform post-production validation, document process controls and KPIs, report status to leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure SLA adherence and workflow closure.

Lead GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations to design quota allocation, compensation, territories, headcount planning, and GTM tooling. Own Salesforce-based revenue data model, drive AI-first automations across the GTM tech stack, govern forecasting and compensation, and deliver actionable territory and pipeline insights to enable seller productivity and revenue growth.

Provide first-line technical support for clients: troubleshoot hardware and software, perform installations/upgrades, resolve issues via phone/chat/email, maintain tickets and client documentation, and provide occasional on-site assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled revenue workflows: analyze funnel and pipeline data, identify automation and AI opportunities, build/configure automations and copilots, partner with Sales/Marketing/Technology to deploy scalable, measured revenue operations improvements.

Own and run the Deal Strategy intake: review pricing/discounts, triage legal and treasury exceptions, validate order forms, prioritise high-impact deals, maintain clause and pricing playbooks, run cross-functional taskforces, track deal metrics, and design guardrails and enablement for scalable approvals.

Answer inbound phone calls from providers and collection staff to resolve claim status inquiries, explain billing processes and timing, coordinate with internal departments, meet service and availability standards, identify system/procedural issues, and complete assigned projects.
