Provide Tier I support for API/Member platform: investigate and diagnose software issues, run SQL queries, analyze logs and database content, document workarounds and reproduction steps, create/manage support tickets, and produce technical/process documentation for support teams.

Review for completeness, quality, and compliance; develop templates and client/vendor milestones; coordinate with Services Operations, Sales, vendors, procurement, and Project Managers; use Salesforce, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and collaboration tools to track documentation and communications.

Lead configuration, support, and optimization of Workday Benefits and related HR technologies. Manage Open Enrollment planning and execution, design solutions, configure eligibility and enrollment rules, develop testing and deployment plans, monitor Workday releases, and partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure compliant benefits administration and integrations.

Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives using LEAN/Six Sigma, PDSA and DMAIC. Facilitate cross-functional teams, collect and analyze KPIs, implement training and maintenance plans, prioritize projects, and report process gaps and status to management.
