Build and lead a centralized IT function across a holding company and portfolio. Run acquisition IT workstreams and create a Day 1-100 integration playbook. Select and operate identity and access systems, build joiner/mover/leaver processes, maintain living inventory of tools/accounts/licenses, manage MSP relationships and vendor contracts, and connect back-end systems to the cross-portfolio data platform while engaging business stakeholders.

Provide first-line support for credit union clients using core banking platforms, troubleshoot member data and transaction issues, document tickets, escalate complex problems, assist with installations/updates, maintain documentation, and deliver user training and exceptional client service.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for macOS/Windows and cloud SaaS, manage onboarding/offboarding and IAM (SSO/MFA), administer MDM, document and resolve ITSM tickets, maintain assets/licenses, and drive automation and AI-based process improvements.

Lead desktop/application integration and platform engineering initiatives: design processes, improve performance, mentor staff, manage complex operational projects, create workflows and policies, analyze system issues, and support enterprise endpoint lifecycle, packaging, deployment, and automation.

Provide remote technical support for Intermedia cloud communications products via phone, web, and live chat. Troubleshoot VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS issues, document bugs and trends, escalate appropriately, assist teammates, and identify upsell opportunities while meeting KPI goals.

Manage and improve cloud-based SaaS IT environment, administer M365 and identity systems, operate and tune security platforms (Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, Mimecast), monitor alerts and lead incident response, oversee helpdesk (Freshservice), manage vendors, enable users through training and documentation, and apply AI and automation to streamline IT operations.

Provide expert remote DBA services for MariaDB SkySQL customers: monitor databases, troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize queries and architectures, configure backups and recoveries, automate DBA tasks, perform health checks, support on-call SLAs, manage cloud deployments, contribute to tooling and community, and provide scheduled shift coverage including nights/weekends and occasional international travel.

Provide Tier 1 helpdesk triage and support for DAI/Oracle Financials, develop training and communication materials, prepare bi-weekly metrics and monthly reports, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
