Leads technology operations and sustainment for Leidos Energy’s technology baseline, including networks, specialized hardware, and software. Oversees reliability, security, lifecycle management, modernization, operational risk, resources, investments, and external providers. Improves employee workflows, reduces technical debt, translates business needs into technology priorities, and develops multidisciplinary technical teams and leaders across a large matrixed organization.

Provide functional support and configuration for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials (GL, AR, Commitment Control). Elicit and document requirements, map requirements to PeopleSoft, analyze PUM images, lead testing/QA, mentor analysts, design workflows (AWE), support upgrades, troubleshoot production and batch/job issues, and create process documentation and test artifacts.

Own technical support for enterprise SaaS customers by triaging and resolving complex issues, especially SSO and SCIM problems. Investigate logs, APIs, and browser tools; communicate status to Customer Success and Engineering; and manage escalations through resolution. Build runbooks, decision trees, and automation using AI tools to improve support scalability and enable self-service. Participate in customer troubleshooting calls and continuously improve support processes.

Provides administrative, operational, reporting, scheduling, database, event, travel, and project support to senior distribution and operations leaders. Coordinates meetings, field engagement, onboarding, vendor payments, presentations, expenses, and department initiatives. Maintains CRM and business databases, improves reporting and workflows, and applies AI and emerging technologies to increase efficiency. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with financial services distribution.

Investigates and processes vehicle, property, and moderate bodily injury claims. Reviews coverage, gathers evidence, determines liability, sets reserves, evaluates medical records, negotiates settlements, identifies fraud or high-risk files, and guides customers throughout the claims process while coordinating with internal departments and external parties.

Supports Joint Pole Association and Joint Pole Committee operations for wireless telecommunications. Manages transaction forms, intents, responses, denials, transfers, remediation, cost documentation, utility notifications, and customer reports. Directs and quality-checks field inspectors’ work, tracks high-volume documentation through resolution, and provides administrative support to department leadership. The role also requires coordination with utilities, customers, inspectors, and internal teams while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Leads the revenue operations function supporting sales, marketing, and customer success. Owns sales planning, forecasting, GTM systems, CRM data governance, compensation support, pricing insights, reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics. Partners with leadership to improve funnel efficiency, operational scalability, data quality, and revenue predictability while managing the revenue operations team, budget, and vendor relationships.

Own the quote-to-booking process across direct, channel, reseller, and cloud marketplace transactions. Review orders, enforce deal compliance, manage private offers, reconcile bookings and partner payouts, support financial close, maintain controls and reporting, and resolve booking issues across Sales, Partnerships, Billing, Accounting, and Legal. Lead AI-enabled automation to improve order accuracy, reconciliation, and cycle time.

Provides in-depth customer support, communicates across multiple channels, manages CRM records, develops expertise in financial products, and builds relationships with customers and internal teams. The role requires multitasking, pipeline management, critical thinking, strong communication, independent work, and comfort navigating multiple software systems. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12–9 PM EST, with approximately 5% annual travel after an initial company event.

The Chief Operating Officer will provide enterprise-wide strategic and operational leadership, integrating finance, people and culture, business intelligence, legal affairs, risk, organizational planning, and change management.
