Applies AI to automate work, improve productivity, and measure business impact across lead management, forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfillment.

Manages core business systems including NetSuite, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and related SaaS tools. Oversees user access, permissions, integrations, data quality, reporting, security, and vendor relationships. Builds workflow automations using low-code tools, evaluates practical AI applications, supports staff technology adoption, maintains IT policies and continuity plans, and troubleshoots system issues across a remote organization.
