Serve as primary commercial contact to develop and expand relationships with key customers and partners. Coordinate with IT, telephony providers, and internal teams, travel frequently to customer sites, assess risks, and improve implementation playbooks.

Lead and hands-on manage the Catalog engineering team, own sprint delivery and architecture, write and ship full‑stack production code using AI-assisted tooling, hire and grow engineers, and drive collaboration with product and design while shaping an AI-driven SDLC.
