Lead technical tax positions, risk assessment, compliance, investor reporting, transaction structuring, ASC 740 provisions, external advisor oversight, process automation, and a small senior team. Partner with Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Venture, Engineering, executives, auditors, and investors in a remote, rapidly evolving environment.

Perform global revenue recognition under ASC 606, prepare journal entries and deferred revenue schedules, complete reconciliations, and support financial close. Maintain accounting policies and controls, automate processes using AI and emerging technologies, and assist with post-acquisition integrations. Serve as the ASC 606 subject matter expert by guiding and training finance teams and stakeholders while collaborating with IT, FP&A, and operations.
