As an AI Solutions Manager, you will foster relationships, drive customer adoption of AI solutions, manage renewals, and identify growth opportunities.

Own retention and expansion for a 150+ Tier 1/2 account portfolio by converting AI‑surfaced signals into signed optimization plans, closed saves, and tracked expansion revenue. Run live optimization sessions, negotiate within playbooks, escalate cross‑functional issues, validate automated health scores/reports, and drive measurable ARR retention and upsell outcomes.

Lead strategic customer relationships for enterprise clients, drive onboarding and adoption of Maven's AI platform, advise on AI best practices and quality, analyze usage and quality data to guide improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer needs into product outcomes and expansion opportunities.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OPENLANE customers using the platform. Document interactions in Salesforce, educate customers on best practices, escalate complex issues, create training materials, identify product improvements, and maintain product and industry knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Lead technical onboarding for new customers: run kickoff calls, configure integrations (DMS and schedulers), process historical data, troubleshoot scheduling issues, run tests, launch rooftops, document setups, and hand off to Customer Success within a few days to three weeks.

Lead Client Success, Creator Operations, and Creator Acquisition functions to drive retention, expansion, and supply growth. Scale teams, set KPIs (NPS, retention, TAT, margin), partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Engineering, and improve creator sourcing, onboarding, and network strategy to meet demand while protecting margin.

Customer-facing engineer who owns technical success from proof-of-concept to production: installs and operates OpenHands on customer infrastructure, builds integrations and agentic use cases, debugs Kubernetes/containers/networking/CI-CD, runs onboarding and workshops, and feeds product teams with field-driven improvements, demos, and docs.

Provide onsite and virtual training and coaching for athenaNet during client go-live periods, deliver classroom and one-on-one sessions, execute contracted training deliverables, manage heavy travel and logistics, and support client adoption and workflow optimization.

Lead and scale enterprise account management to drive expansion, NRR, and multi-year commercial growth. Directly manage strategic multi-million-dollar accounts, coach and develop AMs, build account strategies and expansion pipelines, partner with Delivery, and create repeatable operating discipline to make account growth predictable and scalable.

Deliver in-person and virtual Fundations and Just Words professional learning and classroom coaching for educators nationwide. Schedule and report assignments, support implementation fidelity, facilitate workshops and certifications, consult with teachers and administrators, represent Wilson at events, and support continuous improvement of coaching and presentation practices.
