The Senior Account Executive will manage high-volume SaaS sales, build relationships with enterprise clients, and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Drive new commercial business by prospecting, developing, and closing complex B2B fleet-management opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, build territory and account plans, manage CRM forecasts, and align solutions to measurable financial and operational outcomes. Frequent travel required.

Lead Aurora's operating cadence and strategic GTM initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, build executive-ready analyses and models, and implement data-driven process, systems, and automation solutions including dashboards and AI-enabled workflows.

Manage daily operations of the Major Case Unit handling complex commercial claims. Lead workload planning, oversee reserves and settlements, direct litigation strategy and defense counsel, analyze claim trends, resolve complex coverage and service issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements and performance monitoring.

Lead proactive threat hunts and complex incident investigations across cloud and SaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP, Okta, M365). Convert intelligence into hunt leads, detections, and customer narratives; triage alerts, mentor peers, and act as Incident Commander when needed. Leverage automation and AI to scale detection and response and drive improvements to processes and tooling.

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of integrated paid media across social and Google. Build media strategies and plans, launch and manage campaigns, analyze performance, set KPIs, troubleshoot tracking, and coach junior team members while serving as a client-facing media lead.

Provide tier 1-2 IT support across hardware, software, SaaS apps, and remote connectivity; administer identity and access management; maintain device fleet via MDM; build automation for lifecycle workflows; support SOC 2/ISO/HIPAA evidence and access reviews; document workflows; partner with People, Security, and Engineering on cross-functional projects.
