Manage relationships and overall satisfaction for assigned SailPoint accounts. Coach clients on IdentityIQ and SailPoint solutions, monitor usage and risks, provide strategic insights and status updates, identify expansion opportunities, ensure contract renewals, and act as a customer advocate to drive success and retention.
