Build and administer a Freshservice ITSM practice spanning ITOM, asset management, CMDB, change management, and release management. Design workflows, governance, integrations, alerting, reporting, discovery, and operational processes. Partner with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, Service Desk, and IT Operations teams to improve service delivery, data quality, compliance, and deployment traceability. Maintain documentation, coordinate platform upgrades, optimize configurations, and provide on-call support for critical ITSM issues.

Supports and improves the Viewpoint Vista ERP system by troubleshooting support tickets, assisting with administration, managing upgrades and releases, testing changes, documenting issues, maintaining procedures, training users, and coordinating with vendors and consultants. The specialist also supports data integrity and security, performs data extracts, diagnoses hardware and software problems, and develops subject-matter expertise across ERP modules and interfaces.

Provides Level 2 technical support through phone, chat, and ticketing channels. Troubleshoots complex workstation, server, cloud-hosted virtual environment, email security, and access issues; documents resolutions; maintains knowledge base content; and escalates incidents appropriately. Mentors Level 1 technicians, supports customer satisfaction, contributes root-cause analysis, follows service delivery procedures, and completes required training and performance objectives.

Administer and support Citrix farms (XenApp/Presentation Server), resolve Citrix-related issues, configure server policies, load management, printers, streaming profiles, and publish applications. Perform patch management for Citrix servers and work with VMware and Windows Server environments. Scripting and group policy administration are required.

Provide technical support for the state's ERP (AZ360) and HR system (PageUp): respond to phone/email requests, troubleshoot with non-technical users, triage and escalate tickets in ServiceNow, run data integrity reports, document processes, and support new-user orientation.
