Secures new and repeat business, meets sales quotas and activity goals, partners with schools and childcare centers, researches education trends and funding opportunities, identifies leads, and collaborates with outside sales and internal teams to develop market strategies and support educators.

Handles inbound and outbound customer calls to promote products, assess qualifications, explain benefits, support physician communication, resolve concerns, validate insurance benefits, maintain customer data, and achieve contact and sales objectives while following compliance and quality standards.
