Provide technical support for developer customers, resolve inquiries, create and maintain tutorials and content to improve self-sufficiency, minimize engineering interrupts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on support strategies.

Provides on-site IT support for employees and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows hardware, software, applications, laptops, printers, scanners, conference room systems, Teams phones, and network connectivity. The role deploys and images devices, performs hardware repairs, manages Active Directory tasks, resolves incidents within SLAs, supports account access, and maintains accurate tickets and technical documentation.

Administers and improves the Salesforce platform, including user access, configuration, automation, data quality, reporting, testing, releases, governance, and support. Gathers business requirements, translates operational needs into scalable solutions, troubleshoots issues, trains users, maintains documentation, and monitors adoption. Collaborates with developers and stakeholders on integrations, enhancements, deployments, and third-party applications such as Certinia, MuleSoft, Conga, Egnyte, and Concur.

Provide Level 2 technical support by administering Linux/Windows servers, virtualization and cloud platforms, managing databases and web servers, configuring hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS), troubleshooting networking and performance issues, communicating with customers, and improving support processes.

Provide first‑contact remote IT support for company employees (85% general tech support, 15% Tier 1 enterprise AI tool support). Troubleshoot, document, and resolve device, software, and access issues; escalate when needed; assist with AI account provisioning, FAQs, and runbook-driven resolutions. Support macOS/iOS and mobile devices, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to knowledge base and onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Administer and maintain MECM infrastructure for a federal customer, including cloud/hybrid deployments. Perform software packaging and deployment, OSD imaging, patch management via WSUS, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, Intune/co-management integration, compliance with federal security standards, documentation, and Tier II/III support.

Administer and secure servers in a hybrid multi-OS environment. Analyze systems for best practices, remediate security issues, perform root-cause analysis, support physical and virtual infrastructure, and collaborate on systems/process improvements and special projects.

Serve as final escalation for complex, visible client technical issues; provide advanced troubleshooting for data-driven applications, databases, APIs, Java, Linux, and networking. Liaise with customers and internal teams during implementations, mentor junior staff, maintain shared environments, create knowledge-base documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.

Provide IT helpdesk support, deploy and manage laptops/devices, manage MDM and endpoint security, handle onboarding/offboarding, maintain asset inventory, assist with procurement, shipping, and training, and support cloud and on-prem networking at direction of Security Team.

Supports and enhances the organization’s SharePoint Online intranet and Microsoft 365 digital workplace. Responsibilities include SharePoint administration, content management, user support, troubleshooting, governance, permissions reviews, quality assurance, training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives. The specialist also supports migrations, identifies usability improvements, and stays current with Power Platform and AI-enabled Microsoft technologies.
