Perform high-volume document preparation and scanning to convert physical records into accurate electronic images. Maintain document sequencing and meet production throughput (minimum 10,000 KPH), follow Imaging Center procedures, provide production updates, and keep a clean, compliant workspace.

Partners with communications, technology, senior leaders, and enterprise content owners to clarify guidance, manage information flows, and continuously improve the digital workplace.

Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll). Handle incidents, requests, changes and problems; liaise with technical and service delivery teams; maintain ITSM records; drive automation and service improvements; analyze recurring issues and create knowledge articles; support presales and transitions; participate in 24x7 shift rotation.

Own and improve Better Health’s revenue engine across lead generation, enrollment, documentation, shipment, and recurring revenue. Identify funnel bottlenecks, analyze root causes, redesign workflows, and implement AI- and automation-enabled solutions. Lead revenue operating cadence, forecasting, analytics, CRM governance, and cross-functional initiatives from hypothesis through measurable results. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, RCM, Finance, Product, and Engineering while driving execution without direct authority.

Own and administer NetSuite and connected business systems across Finance and Operations. Configure workflows, permissions, dashboards, saved searches, integrations, reporting, and process automation. Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing and releases, maintain documentation and controls, support users, and improve data integrity, financial close, and audit readiness.

Provides tier 1–2 IT support across hardware, software, SaaS applications, and remote connectivity. Manages employee onboarding, offboarding, access changes, identity and access management, SSO, role-based permissions, and MDM device compliance. Supports endpoint protection, patching, documentation, and SOC 2, ISO, and HIPAA compliance activities. Collaborates with People, Security, and Engineering teams in a fully remote SaaS environment.

Leads the architecture, administration, configuration, automation, integration, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise Freshservice and Device42 ITSM platforms. Develops workflows, APIs, service portals, reports, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities; maintains CMDB and integrations with Atlassian, identity, monitoring, and business systems. Provides platform support, manages releases and upgrades, establishes governance, mentors technical teams, and drives continuous improvement.
