Embed with the CRO to deliver GTM analytics and insights: write SQL and dbt models, build Looker and Salesforce dashboards, define and track revenue KPIs, forecast and model revenue, partner with GTM leaders and Data Engineering, lead analytics projects, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations to drive upsell and new-business growth.

Gather and document business and functional requirements, analyze processes, recommend improvements, produce BRDs/FRDs/user stories and process maps, support solution design, UAT, testing and deployment, produce reports/dashboards, monitor project progress, and support change management and stakeholder communication.

Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives on partner enrollment funnels, ensure data quality, build reporting pipelines with BI/engineering, use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, translate insights into strategic recommendations for leadership, and coach growing analytics team members.

Partner with sales leadership to define business requirements, design end-to-end analytics solutions (data models, semantic layers, dashboards), build scalable Power BI/Microsoft Fabric reporting, translate data into executive-ready insights, drive automation and standardization, mentor analysts, and influence business decisions with data-driven recommendations.

Build and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines using Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala) and Python. Design ETL workflows, implement distributed data processing, use version control (Git), and work with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines on Databricks using PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and cloud platforms. Troubleshoot performance and quality issues, implement data governance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document pipelines and data models to deliver reliable, production-ready data products.

Own portfolio monitoring and forecasting across card and loan products. Build executive dashboards and forecasting frameworks, perform RCA and remediation, support loss forecasting and provisioning, and collaborate with Risk, Finance, Capital Management, Engineering, and Accounting to inform strategy and lender negotiations.

Build and support high-performance data solutions, design and operate ETL pipelines and data warehouses, monitor production analytics tools, troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with product teams, and support TechOps for analytics infrastructure.
