Collaborate with applied ML, web, and R&D teams to design APIs, data pipelines, and ML inference services; participate in testing, performance and cost optimization, and operational reliability. Use infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and orchestration tools while leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Lead product for both the core DeFi protocol (vaults, yield strategies, RWA onboarding) and the consumer StableBank (onboarding, savings UX, KYC, off-ramps). Maintain roadmaps, conduct user research, write clear specs/PRDs, prioritize backlog, and work closely with the CEO and engineers to build 0→1 products at an early-stage startup.

Lead architecture and evolution of enterprise-scale data, analytics, and MLOps platforms. Design semantic/ontology layers, federated catalogs, agent-driven data access, and APIs. Drive prototyping, governance, cloud-native operations (Databricks/AWS), and mentor engineers to adopt scalable, secure AI/ML infrastructure.

Provide remote administrative support including calendar and email management, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, compiling data, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Build and run Upwind's GTM enablement function: create playbooks, onboarding, POV/POC motion, battlecards, and recurring training. Partner with RevOps, Sales, SE, CS, and Product Marketing to shorten ramp, drive adoption of GTM tools, measure enablement impact on ACV/win rates, and coach managers to improve pipeline and expansion outcomes.

Partnering with Head of Finance, drive FP&A, forecasting, and strategic analyses (pricing, GTM ROI, new product launches). Build financial models, automate reporting, support embedded finance products, and contribute to corporate development and investor reporting while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
