The role also drives architecture, testing, observability, incident response, platform modernization, and technical excellence across simulated and real-world driving data systems.

Own Deepgram’s conversational design discipline for voice agents, including persona, turn-taking, interruption, repair, confirmation, pacing, and latency-aware behavior. Partner with ML and Engineering to ship conversational systems, establish quality evaluations and transcript review practices, and create reference agent experiences and developer guidance for the Voice Agent API. Define design principles, standards, and shared vocabulary while influencing technical partners without direct authority.

Lead post-sales technical implementations for enterprise customers, including onboarding, integrations, system architecture, workflow configuration, and deployment strategy. Design custom solutions using APIs and complex client environments, advise customers on developer experience analytics and engineering practices, lead technical workshops, and translate architecture into business value. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams while synthesizing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Develops high-quality character concepts from exploration through production-ready designs, including sketches, turnarounds, and documentation. Translates ambiguous creative briefs into visual solutions aligned with narrative, gameplay, and art direction. Defines character design standards, collaborates with art and cross-disciplinary teams to support 3D production, mentors artists, improves workflows, and independently manages complex assignments.

Leads SMB and commercial sales strategy, revenue performance, team development, pipeline forecasting, enablement, hiring, and complex enterprise deals.
