Manage corporate system access, conduct access audits, and support secure employee technology. Support and maintain enterprise physical and virtual infrastructure on cloud and on-prem platforms. Deploy, automate, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, storage, networking, and applications. Provide 24x7 production support, performance monitoring, firmware/software maintenance, document resolutions, participate in testing new technologies, and liaise with vendors and development teams to integrate operational requirements into the SDLC.
