Conduct structured, high-volume clinical interviews for behavioral health candidates; evaluate clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment planning, risk assessment, ethics, communication, and cultural responsiveness. Founding product design role responsible for end-to-end UX for a B2B SaaS behavioral health platform. Design and iterate 0-1 features, prototype and produce pixel-perfect Figma assets, synthesize user research, translate PRDs into production designs, and support marketing/brand design needs.

Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams. Use AI-assisted engineering tools safely for infrastructure, scripting, documentation, and analysis.

Develop and grow strategic relationships with U.S. agricultural distribution partners. Lead account planning, sales strategy, negotiations, forecasting, pricing, profitability, market share growth, product launches, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Technical Service, and Regulatory teams.

Manage and grow strategic employer accounts by building executive relationships, retaining clients, increasing adoption of health management services, and advising on benefits strategies, utilization, clinical outcomes, and costs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical, and internal teams to deliver client solutions.

Owns end-to-end onboarding and implementation for partner medical practices, managing timelines, meetings, materials, dependencies, risks, and follow-through through launch and post-launch operations. Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for practice stakeholders, coordinates clinical and implementation workstreams, manages vendor and internal partners, and improves processes through standardized checklists, templates, and tracking systems.

Own corporate recruiting and build the company’s People foundation, including hiring processes, onboarding, HR policies, manager support, recruiting metrics, and future People team growth. Partner closely with founders and leaders to prioritize hiring, assess talent, close candidates, and establish scalable people operations.

Own financial statement accounts, reconciliations, accruals, close activities, internal controls, investment and debt accounting, payroll reviews, lease accounting, and lender reporting. Partner with Finance Operations and FP&A to investigate variances, allocate administrative expenses, and improve accounting processes through automation and AI tools. Support software capitalization and maintain accurate reporting across multiple entities.
