Lead multi-year staffing strategy and workforce management for Member Care, oversee vendor/BPO relationships, and drive AI-enabled automation and tooling. Own staffing models, forecasting, scheduling, performance metrics, and cross-functional execution while building a high-performing team and scaling productivity, vendor performance, and cost efficiencies.

Engage and support candidates through background screening by collecting documentation, explaining processes, handling inbound calls and disputes, supporting RFI responses, and maintaining required FCRA certification while entering information into internal systems.

Lead desktop/application integration and platform engineering initiatives: design processes, improve performance, mentor staff, manage complex operational projects, create workflows and policies, analyze system issues, and support enterprise endpoint lifecycle, packaging, deployment, and automation.

Provide remote executive-level administrative support including managing communications (email/SMS/phone), basic bookkeeping and invoicing, product and order management, supply ordering, data cleanup, and project assistance. Must be tech-savvy, bilingual (English and Gujarati), work U.S. business hours (night shift in India), and use AI tools to improve efficiency.
