Manage and streamline operational and compliance review processes for partner activities. Develop and maintain review schedules, work papers, procedures, and training. Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials and partner practices meet Pathward, network, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor tools, update documentation, and support implementation and continuous improvement.

Provide remote technical support to branches and remote users: diagnose and resolve video/phone/access/connectivity issues, handle password resets, follow knowledge base, document incidents, analyze trends, prioritize and escalate as needed.

Develop long-range capacity forecasts and translate demand signals (bandwidth, storage, network) into actionable capacity plans. Run scenario and what-if analyses, monitor infrastructure performance, coordinate deployments, build modeling and automation tools, manage capacity risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform investment and scaling decisions for Open Connect Studio Infrastructure.
