Provide after-hours and weekend travel support: monitor channels, handle flight/hotel/transport disruptions, rebook travel per SOPs, escalate high-impact issues, document actions, and hand off unresolved items to weekday Logistics.

The Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal support, ensure accuracy in contracts, improve processes, and translate operational issues into solutions.

Lead pre-sales scoping and embed operational experts into late-stage enterprise sales to simplify service tiers, protect margins, enforce scoping integrity, publish pre-sales collateral, and govern pre-sales metrics.
