Owns and continuously improves ITSM processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management in ServiceNow. Partners with infrastructure, networking, security, and service desk teams to govern Dell, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks operational workflows. Responsibilities include process documentation, KPI and SLA monitoring, audits, workflow governance, cross-functional workshops, continuous improvement, training, and ITIL-aligned process adoption in a regulated utility environment.

Provides advanced network operations support by monitoring remote communications sites, troubleshooting alarms and network systems, managing tickets and asset data, coordinating field technicians and vendors, filing FAA NOTAM reports, and ensuring FAA/FCC compliance and customer SLAs. The role also communicates issue resolutions, directs field activities, and trains NOC operators on equipment, procedures, and new products.

Translate architectural drawings and customer specifications into engineered solutions, detailed drawings, bills of materials, cut lists, and CNC-ready production files for custom cabinetry and millwork. Ensure designs are constructible, manufacturable, standards-compliant, and efficiently documented. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, drafters, and production teams to resolve challenges, support submittals, maintain version control, and improve manufacturing processes and cost efficiency.

Processes customer payments, invoices, credit card transactions, credit memos, and account reconciliations. Researches unallocated cash, payment discrepancies, delinquent accounts, shortages, deductions, and customer inquiries. Performs billing, collections, reporting, account analysis, records maintenance, and administrative support while using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Works onsite with customers, collections personnel, and internal accounting teams to resolve outstanding issues and maintain accurate receivables records.
